This is mostly a question for the agencies, as I think there are a few that post on here regularly. If this is in the wrong category, maybe you can all send me in the right direction

We are having a lot of problems with staff turnover with our agency. What sites should I be advertising on or where should I advertise to find quality and reliable ladies that actually *want* to work. We have 2 great full time gals, but one wont work after sundown! And the other 3 laides we have are all super part time. Their hours are sproadic and they may work 2 days per mth at best.

So, where do we find the ladies? We have even worked with independent ladies in the past, who are looking to fill some gaps in their schedule. that arrangement worked out fine for us, but the lady was traveling so she was not local permanently and so she left. We dont do tours,as we are a local agency and all the ladies work here locally.We have ads for our service in the paper and in 2 phone books. The ads in the phone books say Selectively Hiring. But anytime someone calls off the ad, it seems they are shady and just not the type of lady we would want to represent our company.
So, with that being said, where do we find the ladies? We have a rather large repeat client base, and we have tons of calls. But I am sure our clients would enjoy new faces as having 2 ladies is simply not enough
