For couples I recommend Couples Oasis or the Red Rooster. Couples Oasis is located south of the strip and can be a cab drive away (probably 15-30 minutes depending on your hotel.) The Red Rooster is a further drive (probably 30-45 minutes) away on the east side of town. There is also the Green Door which is located right off the north end of the strip.  

Here's the breakdown of pricing for each club.

Red Rooster:  
Couples
Monday Through Saturday $30.00 Per party.
Local couples your donation allows you to attend all parties Monday Thru Saturday nights for one donation.
Sunday nights couples donation is $20.00

Couples Oasis:
Activation Fee : $35 (annual fee per couple)
Donations:
Couples …………………$45.00 entire weekend (Friday and Saturday) $20 (Tuesdays)  
Sponsored Males ……..$50.00 each night  
Sponsored Females….. $10.00 each night

I personally like Couples Oasis more but the pricing for Red Rooster is cheaper.I've never been to the Green Door.  Though you factor in a cab ride if you don't have a car rental its probably about the same.
I'd Google all three clubs and  check out their websites and pricing. Also see if you can find reviews on them. That is very helpful too.
