When requesting info, use your real TER handle, not the alisa of your ter handle. Also learn you use the TER search feature for providers. Click on reviews above then search reviews.  Also you post an iso on the florida board, but if you use your alias instead of your handle you'll probably get no resposne. One final thing, have you been over to the FAQ Newbie board? If you haven't you should take a look.
