As for gals in Milwaukee, you can try provider boards like EROS for that area, just be sure the gals are well reviewed.  You can also use TER's Review Section and the filters therein to find providers in that area to your liking.

yes you should let the lady know you are new. That way she will explain some things to you and not assume you know all the 'rules'. Also read the question and answer page of her site if she has any.
