I am assuming you are a man. In Boston, there are AMPs but most of them are located in Apartments with a single provider. Check out Cityvibe or The Phoenix want ads. Some offer full service other offer just HJ I hear the RI AMPs offer table showers. There is another site you might want to check, mpreviews.com for reviews.
