anyone have any 411 on any peep show style clubs, or escort clubs in the US?

When I am out on Long Island, NY there are a couple places in the West Babylon area i like to frequent.  Nice private dance with happy endings of all sorts!

Anybody know of anything similar to this where 'extra' services can be purchased along with a dance or something?

You can get a happy ending at several clubs in Providence RI.

Florida is full of them.  Miami-Ft.Laud-Tampa-Sarasots.....
I live near Tampa and frequent several full-nude clubs in New Port Richey (20miles NorthWest) and can get the happy ending at just about any on them. Names are Bare Assets-Brass Flamingo-Emperor's Club-Foxy's-Lolipop's, etc.  In Ft.Laud I have been to Pure Platinum and Solid Gold. Clearwater there are also several Oasis-Oz-Atlantis etc.

That is about the same ballpark for getting service at clubs in Baltimore on "The Block."

Although there are a few gems there, you are always better off arranging a date with a GFE.

In the Tampa area clubs, to get the most time and the most privacy the dancers will want you to do a Champagne room or VIP room.  Fee is about $150 and also get you 3 or 4 drinks or cheap bottle of champagne.  For most of these dancers, that is all you have to pay to get a hj, bj, daty, and sometimes a fuck.  A small tip, like 20 or 30 will really get her excited and likely make your experience more fun.  I have even given the door guy 10 before to make sure no disturbing.  Sometimes, once they know you or if it is slow, you can do 1 or 2 songs at 40 per song and get lucky also.

are there clubs like this in Phoenix?

Any in Minneapolis or Chicago for that matter?
