Where are you located? I can think of around three MF provider couples in the NYC area. Other providers offer to bring in a male friend of their own choosing but I'm blanking on them.

One more thing about DP and DPP.  I have only seen it once in a porno. Two guys are lying on their backs, SCISSORING each other, crotch to crotch, balls to balls and their masts straight up, touching together. That allows the girl to plonk down on the doubled flagpole without gymnastics and w/o blocking the camera or view.  In the scene I saw, it even made it easier for a third chap to join in the remaining hole. You can envision this going either way: DPP + A or DAP + P.  If you're going to try that, let me know so I can tag along and see how it works out.
