best place is to go to the palace which is a fkk club.  Euro 75 to get in and Euro 60 for 30min bbbj, daty, full service.   You'll see 9s and 10s there and all run around naked for you to choose from or just talk to.  

if you like it more privately just go to one of the private appartments.  You should find plenty on ladies.de

avoid the walking houses in the red light district.  they likely rip you off and the quality is low.  Service there starts at euro 30 but you don't know what you are getting.
