Checkout the York Hotel, you can find working girls there.  There are other clubs as well where you can find girls.

If I'm not wrong the Regency Hyatt has a club where you can see all the girls together and even negotiate with them in person... It's a weird scene. I'm sure if you ask the concierge can give you more info.
You go to the dance club, but its really not a dance club once you figure out whats going on. The place is packed with girls, and all are friendly and accommodating, if you ask them to dance they will dance, get a drink and they will chill with you.  This might switch your light on! because at most  night clubs women don't dance a lot of times, and if they are with friends they will not leave to come sit at your table.  You can even negotiate the rate before leaving the club.
These ladies are "controlled" by the government (unless they are high end independent and more expensive); they enter and leave places through a different entrance then you meet her/them outside, you have register her/them at your hotel when you come in with any of them.... I thought it's a weird scene, or at least not one in which I would feel comfortable...
