Hi when it comes to downtown Vegas Freemont street, I would recommend you going by the area and taking a look at the surroundings that fit your needs, there have been so many renovations in the last several years that it is still an unpredictable neighborhood even to me & I've lived in Vegas over a decade. You'll have a few blocks that are beautiful brand new buildings and then the next block is still seedy. You can Pm if you need further help.
