The hobby scene with IOP is absolutely shit in Dubai and full of "Dah dah dah" russian whores with no talent.  
   
 That said, I'm legit looking to fly out someone to Dubai for a long weekend of fun. This is a legit offer and willing to pay half up-front via paypal.  
   
 Looking for someone looking to fly into Dubai for 3 days.  
   
 Flight, Hotel and Activities will be covered by me.

Provider references, then we can certainly talk.

However, for a 3-day, sojourn on a flight of that length, your
donation offering Sir, is way off-base.

Most well-reviewed Providers do not travel Internationally, for
less than 15,000++ daily.

Especially, where said location, is rumored to be an area where there
have been "slave kidnappings".

Forgive me Sir, it is certainly not an insult, however, just an opinion,
and a well-googled fact.
