what does MSOG stand for? i've figured out what some of the other abbreviations stand for, but this one still escapes me.

also, does a "definition of abbreviations" page exist?

It's a sports analogy for a provider who allows you to
have more then one pop per hour.BTW I suggest next time you post something asking for a definition of terms that you please explain what context it was used in. It makes things a lot easier for the other readers to be able to tell you
