Does anyone have any advice on a provider who does outcall around the inner harbour area? Either I am blind or the pickings are pretty slim up in that area compared to the NOVA/DC area.
you are not blind. Problem is most of the ladies there work at the "block" strip bars and do privates on the side. Go to the block (West Baltimore st) --ask anyone if you don't know where it is. Work the strip clubs, get some dances, and find a hottie who works for you, and ask to see her private. If not one of Baltimore's best is Morgan Taylor -read her TER reviews
