A lot of STI testing only tests for antibodies which our bodies produce in response to a sexually transmitted infection. Therefore any test you can take will never tell you your current STI status, only what your status was weeks or months ago. Brand new infections contracted within the last few weeks or months do not show up on STI tests. Therefore you can test negative for all STIs and still be infectious. Therefore your plan is not a safe one at all.
Try female condoms. They feel much like barebacking and are actually safer than regular condoms.
Or if you're going to have risky sex, just admit that's what it is. Don't try to soothe yourself with the false security blanket that is STI tests. It's good to get tested regularly so that you become aware quickly if you do catch an infection, but it's not an up-to-date measure of your current STI status. Or your sexual partner's. Unless you've been in a monogamous relationship for a few months and you both go get tested. And we all know that's not what's happening here.
There is no such thing as safe bbfs. I think it's safe to say that EVERYONE has a preference for some bare action but out of common sense and the knowledge of the risks of STDs most people would use protection. They would rather be safe than sorry. Is an hour of that little bit of extra pleasure worth risking your life? Then again bbfs is essentially the same as bbbj and many providers are into that. (I blame porn for this.) Think about it. Bacteria and viruses need a warm wet place to thrive. Do you really think a micro organism is intelligent enough to discriminate between the mouth or the genitals? But hey if you choose to gamble with something so serious, then to each their own.
If anyone here thinks this doesn't happen regardless of whether or not you approve, then you're very foolish. I can assure you that it happens every day.
Do you think attacking this person is going to change his mind?
Seriously, the predictable knee-jerk reactions to these kinds of posts and discussions are stupid, old, and boring. If you want to protect yourself then make your client wear a fucking condom. That's your business. If you don't plan on proving BB services to people, then why freak out? Do you think driving it underground will somehow make everyone safer? Think about it.
And just to head off your next comment at the pass: no, I don't have BB sex with hookers.
