I need advice, please.

First of all if there's a search function for common answers to this that I haven't noticed please let me know.  

1. I'm a newbie. 2. I live in that certain part of Texas where most of the major cities are about equidistant e.g. SA, Dallas, Austin, Houston etc. 3. I travel for business almost 100% of the time. 4. I'm self employed so if I give anyone my employment info they'll end up calling me directly.  :/

I've contacted 3 providers so far via email.  The first (Houston) responded relatively immediately.  She asked for screening info and I had no providers to list as references.  When I asked her about any 3rd party verification services that she preferred instead she didn't respond.  The second (Dallas) didn't respond at all.  The third and closest to me (out in the sticks, haha) that advertised herself as newbie friendly also didn't respond.  Is contacting them by email the problem?  I talk on the phone all day every day and hate it, but I'll do what I must as in call them if need be.  I'm not worried about giving out any of my numbers.  I have 2 business lines and 2 personal ones, half of which go through google voice.

Anyway, I didn't say anything stupid in those emails.  Maybe I was just unlucky?  I chose those first two because of excellent and multiple reviews, the third out of desperation and proximity.  In the event that anyone may think that I may have goofed myself in the messages: 1. Hey, read your reviews on TER, when will you be in Houston next? Her answer, XX dates send me your screening info.  I then asked her about 3rd party verification.  Crickets.  2. Hey I will be in Dallas on XX dates, are you available? Crickets.  3. Hey, you advertised as newbie friendly, are you available next week?  Crickets.

Coming back around to the point....... Do any of you have any newbie friendly provider suggestions for me?  I'd prefer the cities in this order: Houston, Dallas, Austin, Waco, Tyler, SA, then all of the mid sized cities, now that I've triangulated myself.  Ha!  I love this site and the sense of safety and security that I get from all of the reviews and whatnot.  I really don't want to have to resort to random trolling of backpage or God forbid any other even more dangerous site just so I can level up from the minor leagues by giving provider contact info.

P411, rs2k, date-check etc... gets some reviews up on TER , there are newbie friendly providers out there..  Most self employed clients can provide a copy of their biz card w/ID & send a photocopy to the provider ... But it's all up to the provider if they will accept that info or not...  

Alot of providers prefer email contact, especially of you contact them thru their appointment request form... Usually after the screening is done is when they ask to speak on the phone (that's what I do)....  Hope this helps with some of ur Q&A's .. Theres a newbie board on the General Discussion tab.. When you're new, even third party sites like P411 and Date-Check shouldn't get you through the door without any references.  

Email isn't the issue, and neither are your questions. Maybe it's your approach (#3 to be exact). To assume a newbie friendly provider would just meet you without screening is asinine. The term should mean that she screens you outside of any services, and you're not required to be a 'hobbyist' to meet her. With me, a higher level of discretion, and a more relaxed introduction should be expected. You should definitely not be in a hurry.  

Your introductory email should be inclusive of who you are, where you're from, and the fact that you're not a hobbyist. You should ask her what information she needed from you to verify your legitimacy as a client, or just be proactive. By contacting her well before your meeting, you get the chance to be comfortable with each other before the meeting.  

If that's not what you're looking for, maybe BP is probably the best place for you. Just make sure you do your research.

Like most ladies mentionned...P411, date-check and RS2K are the sites to sign up for..  

As for intro email...you might want to put a little more into it Like your name, a little bit about yourself Those emails definately get our attention! Mention the day, time and duration of encounter you're expecting.

I have seen newbies a few times and one of them had registered on Date-check! that made it a lot easier along with employement info!

As other ladies have mentioned, P411 and DateCheck are great - sometimes a gent needs reviews or references to join those, but I've also seen times when people have no reviews (yet) but have been able to become a member through providing their employment info. I'm not sure being self-employed counts, but it can't hurt to try.  

Speaking of being self-employed, it's not necessarily useless when trying to be verified by a lady. A business's online presence and such can increase a gent's legitimacy quite a lot during screening. I'm visiting Houston in July and would never automatically rule you out for a date together based on what you've mentioned.
