References are the biggest hurdle to overcome.  The p411 account is way around that.

Do your homework.  TER is great research tool.  Learn how to use search functions.  Study reviews, pictures, offerings, cost, etc.  This way you will have idea what to expect from each lady and can steer yourself to great sessions.

Remember that there is a review section, regional ad section, and regional discussion board.  You will often find out about specials, personalities, etc.

PM's to ladies and hobbiest will become powerful tools for backchannel insights

Be a gentleman.  Be clean.  Be on time.

Don't believe everything you read and do not get to hung up on a number.  Everyone sees and scores things differently.

Going thru P411 is good.  I was worried when I first signed up about them calling my work but it was handled very well.  Most of the girls are going to require some kind of screening for safety.  If u go thru 411 it is already handled.  You can see girls who are newbie friendly and build up okays.  I have really liked the site.
