I'm trying as a VERY newbie to learn how to best use TER to determine (1) if there are any providers in TX (San Antonio right now, maybe other locations later) and (2) if it is worth upgrading to a VIP membership for a retired 68 yr.old male living in TX.  I realize that TER is perused primarily by much younger than I, but you can't blame me for checking out my options.
