Okay so I'm traveling through SAT and going through Houston.   All I've been hearing about is Texas has the best BBQ.  I would like to know,   who has the "must try"  BBQ.   I would love to taste while on my visit.

I've always been a big fan of Rudy's barbecue and they are both in San Antonio and Houston (and Austin).  You've gotta try the moist brisket.
