Jacksonville elected a new mayor and sheriff this past spring and human trafficking has been high on their agenda as has the entire state's LE community. Use your big head and work with well reviewed providers with a web presence. Ladies working out of Notels or with little information should send up a red flag. There have been a number of busts with no mention in the news about them. Seems many gentlemen didn't know what was going on at all in Jacksonville. They may shop on BackPage which seems to be where most activity is. Pretty girl, pretty face nice body with no professional pics. But they may have reviews here. There's no way of knowing because Duval county doesn't release mugshots.
Only time will tell if Jacksonville is becoming another Polk County
