Is TER outsourcing the mod's functions to some international location? Apparently so, as the Chicago mod has apparently resigned. Here are links to his announcement of resignation and relating remarks:

Dear Friends, It's time for a change.
http://theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=141791&boardID=10&page=1#141791Just to set the record straight. This has nothing to do with women being active on the board.
http://theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=141801&boardID=10&page=1#141801Things are starting to become clearer now. Wouldn't have been a whole lot less fuss if the management of TER had treated it's membership with just a smidgen of respect and told us the deal themselves.
I have noticed that the reviews I've receive lately were posted extremely fast and that the response from customer support was also very quick. Some change is good and welcome. Just don't throw the baby out with the bath water.
I am not a member of any clicks within TER though I do know that they exist and have been a problem for me when I worked in the Atlanta area. I am sure other independents encountered the same problems. I overcame my problems by delivering better more consistent service to my dates.
I never had any problems with any of the mod's I've dealt with since I've been a member even though Little Phil moderated me a couple of times when I made posting errors it was not done in malice so I never took offense. I wouldn't have made those errors if the provider posting guidelines had been written more clearly, no his fault.
From what I've been reading lately the guys have encountered some of the same problems.
I only have a couple of friends on TER excepting my dates. My only bone in this current issue is that I think the mods should have been treated with a lot more consideration relating with this change. I think that it would be nice for TER to give them a very expensive rolex to compensate there hurt feeling and past service.
I still think cruise director is a dorky label and I agree with the Chicago mod that changing these positions monthly will result in problems.
