I understand your predicament for I have similar desires.  Reviews are always helpful but not always as useful as they should be.  First of all, many guys are not really into DATY or at least not to the degree that you are.  That being the case, they are not going to include the information in a review that you are looking for.  It's almost always hit or miss I'm afraid.  

I have learned there are some things you can do to help shift the odds a little bit in your favor but that's about it.  First of all stay away from the younger ladies - there are of course, no absolutes here as some youngsters may be great but most are not.  Secondly, look for a provider that is really bi and really enjoys other ladies, not just bi for a price.  Often you can read between the lines if there are several reviews and it helps if she has a good web page.  Good luck I wish you success.
