My mouth is watering!!!!!!!!!

My vita-mix and plenty of organic produce are my favorites this time of the year  ..... Here's one of my favorite quick and easy recipes

cold pureed raw zucchini soup with shredded carrot and cucumber center lightly sprinkled with nutmeg ..... Fresh chopped watercress garnesh and a dollop of greek yogurt on the top

You name it I can make it.
But I am a MEAT girl.  Whether it is grilled lamb chops, a juicy prime rib roast, a filet mignon or Beef Wellington (my devine dish) served alongside some yummy scalloped potatos, grilled asparagus dusted with a fresh grating of parmesan cheese and a Chocolate Mousse pie for desert!

Now I am getting hungry.
