Well RC, you heard what everyone has to say about this situation. What's the verdict? Lay it on us! I just hope you've made the right decision, and listened.

Whatever he decides even if we don't agree, we have to make the best of it and get back to having fun.

So, here's the issues I am trying to deal with.

1. JoeBlow sees a provider and has an awesome time, and wants to tell his buddy's on the board how great it was, so he posts a "I just saw Claire, she was awesome- you should run see her!"

2. Suzy Creamcheese has a session with a regular, and mentions that she needs more business and could he help get her more recognition on TER.  He obliges by posting a one liner - "Gosh, I had the best session with Suzy", or even more details.

3. Sara sees that and enlists a friend to write a "Wow, I can't wait to see Sara next week" post.

4. A newbie who is going to see the most talked about provider on the board, Georgette.  He posts raving about how excited he is to see her.

5. Amy begins telling each of her regulars that if they post about her on the board, she'll give them a 1/2 hour extra.

Now, clearly #4 is a guy who is excited, but he is advertising for the #1 provider, and other providers get jealous.   And #1 is a guy trying to do the right thing and tell others about a great provider.

As defined by Mr. Webster, 2, 3 and 5 are shills.  Guys are doing this for their own personal interest, and the ladies are getting extra free advertising for it.  I also understand that some guys are just trying to crow about their experience, the lady did not ask, like in #1.

But how can I tell?  Should I leave them all?  Do we want to let the providers get extra advertising this way?

Clearly the Provider Friday thread is a time that allows everyone to shout out their favorites, and yes I have received PMs from guys asking if I can remove certain posts, since JoeBlow always shouts out for Suzy CreamCheese, but I won't - that's what the thread is for.  And yes, I support the Provider Friday thread.

So, here is your opportunity to tell me what you want.

that swayed by 'shills' ... we know the real shills on the board. And yes, so how would a newbie know... that's where they are encouraged to ask questions by the shear volume of interaction on the Florida board.

It's a great community feeling here because of all the banter, shout outs, etc... contrast this to a Houston board.. .if I were a newbie there, I'd never go back, never post - dead zone. There are plenty of newbies coming onto the board and getting involved because it's fun and relatively drama free.

And besides - the whole idea of a min-review and who it applies to is silly - why not just say - more than 1 or 2 sentences in a shout out, will be considered as a mini-review and will be yanked - doesn't matter if it is touring or local gal - that way anything short and sweet stays.

I have never been offered ANYTHING for a review or shout out... hmmm but thanks, YOU have me thinking about that now. LOL

It will take you awhile to understand everything here - which no offense - is why most of us could not understand TER bringing in an outsider to be our MOD - you have enough to do being a volunteer and the other board you already moderate - I strongly suggest you consider a co-moderator with a valued, trusted member of the FL board... and yes, there is a unanimous choice.

Sure, I'll have a go at this one.  What would we want?  We want a MOD who actually has the time himself to spend some time on the board, and get to know the people who frequent this board.  If you did that, you would get to know a bit about the reputations of both the ladies and gents who post here, and you would know that the most recent thread pulled was of a lady that has NO reason to ask for such posts, and never has.

You come in here, enforcing rules that no one had seen, until you were forced to produce a URL showing us where they were.  And low and behold, they were posted less the 24 hrs prior.

We had a great Mod that not only was able to spend a bit of time here as a hobbiest, prior to becoming MOD, but he knew the personalities of the people who post here.  He welcomed new posters, and always encouraged new ladies to post and join in the conversations.  Have you done that???  I dont think so!!!  What you have done, is make this an atmosphere where we are not allowed to post what a great time someone had with a LOCAL lady.  Now I ask you, why the fuck do we want to encourage the local ladies to post if a guy cant say what a great time he had with So and So.  If you knew the rep of the guys who post here, you can tell who a shill is, and who is simply doing a call out thanking a lady for a spectacular time.

You have a reputation, WELL KNOWN on TER, for being a Rules Anal Prick, and quite honestly, its not needed on this board.  You say there are complaints that some feel this board is run by a few and new people are afraid to post here, well you know what Mr. Mod, change comes from the top, and since this is now YOUR board, why dont you show some leadership and do some encouraging to these new people, or simply step down and let us choose our own Mod, someone who knows the folks around here.  Sly recommended a VERY good person to succeed him as Mod of this board, and it wasnt you.

I'm sure others have much more to say, so I will leave it at that.  But I dont think TER will be happy knowing that you and your approach is costing them revenue, something that EVERY company needs to operate.

Cheers

RCPro I understand what you are doing and believe you are doing the right thing. We already have provider Friday and that should be enough so gentlemen can praise the provider that they enjoy the most and want everyone to know about. If you write a review that will give a lady plenty of visibility and should help their business. I believe the Florida board gives the ladies plenty of ways to market them self with all the days of the week pictures

Very surprised to hear that you feel that way "BigMike". Considering that your 11 posts on this board in the last 30 days have consisted of 5 (FIVE) about Gina...and I negative toned post about Sly.

I would think that you, of all people, would be against the pulling of the shameless "shout-out"....since it's a great deal of what you contribute.
I guess you just got lucky (repeatedly) that yours stayed up.

Just sayin'

Why did this lady's thread get pulled in the first place? What "rule" did she/it violate?

The problem with these type rules is that they are so vague that they leave no consistent standard for enforcement.  Thus, whatever you do is going to cause a problem for some.

In Atlanta board, we have the opposite problem going on.  In our case, virtually anything said positive about a provider seems to be ok, even if she posts a dozen pics on one thread.

But, anyone who dares to criticize anything at all about her such as a simple statement, "too excessive for my blood", when she announces that she is doubling her rates, is automatically pulled by the mod.

So, my advise is that whatever you decide, make sure that it is consistent, and fair, and tell everyone what your standard will be so that there is no feeling of bias going on.

Personally, I don't think a local board is the place for constant seemingly "mini" reviews.  If somebody likes a provider, write a real review and simply reference that with your one-liners.

It would take a mind reader to know what was in the mind of these hobbyist. Most of us can figure out what's going on when a guy posts.

Trying to interpet every post and pulling ones the least bit suspicious is causing bad vibes on this board.

I say unless it's a flagrant foul, leave it alone.

The mini-review thing is a BAD rule and bad rules should be changed.

I think that's what folks on the Florida board is trying to say what they want you to do.

You are taking on a board that has been allowed to run rampant with a few wanting to dictate the course of the board for everyone.
You will be, and have been, bashed by several who want to control this board and be allowed to do and say whatever they want.

There are some here who would want to restrict who is allowed to post on this board because they aren't part of the perceived "power group" of the board.
There are some here who have nothing nice to say and always are posting mean, spiteful, and derogatory comments when certain others post.

There is a perceived "clique" on this board who think they are the be all and end all of the hobby.
They bash others for "shilling" on the board, even on Provider Friday, but are the first to "shill out" visiting ladies and porn stars whenever they come to town.
I'm sure you have already been in contact with some of them and have heard their demands.

I have been here for over 5 years and I have never seen this board be as nasty and mean spirited as it has been over the last few months.

It's about time we had a Moderator who can put some control back on this board and who isn't "influenced" by so called friends.
Removing offensive posts that get extremely nasty is a positive thing. Outing the jerks who bash people while hiding behind an alias is also a good thing. I'm sure there are many who would love to know who those people are who get really mean and nasty while posting under an alias. I hope you take that on as a prime responsibility.

You have my support in cracking down on the postings on this board.
The whiners will continue to complain and whine at the loss of their, perceived, "power". To those who want to "take their ball and go home", good riddance.

Getting some civility back to this board will be a GOOD thing.

And that...
is MY opinion...
B

Many of us realize that you are new here, mod other boards, and have not had the chance to get to know the regulars here.
That's Ok....but something you should work on. Seriously.
Get to know the folks here, and you will see that you have very few problems AT ALL. This board CAN and HAS run on just about 'auto-pilot' with VERY LITTLE intervention needed.

In the spirit of helping you get started...do a search of messages made by the above poster.

Mr. Webster does NOT define "shill" as well as Mr. Bobb3950 does.

Bottom line?
If Bobb thinks you're doing well.....you're FUCKED!

Just sayin'

I don't really know too many on this board but I thought it was hysterical that Bobb posted his comment and was just as involved as other if not more in a recent hell-raising bash on the board.

I also disagree with the "clique" statement. I got roasted by several guys a while back for a story I posted but afterwards several of them apologized and made it clear they were just busting my chops. It was Sly who kept me in good spirits and let me know that some have a slightly different sense of humor and not to take a lot of things said on this board to heart.

I would offer that same advice to everyone who feels their is a "clique." Just lighten up and roll with some of the punches and you will quickly realize they are bunch of pranksters here.

Or it could be that you are just an asshole and there's a reason that you feel everyone is against you.

Just my $.02

well taken.Everyone that matters in my life knows I do this... I own my own business, and I don't really care who else knows. Even my 88 year old dad has asked me to find him a date before he forgets what to do... LOL

….the only mean spiritedness this board has ever experienced is from you and your girlfriend, both on this board and via back channel. For some reason, the 2 of you feel entitled to the Florida board as your own personal advertising billboard, and “damn be all” if anyone crosses you. I do believe, “civility” has never been in their vocabulary.

PS
Does anyone know what he means and why he always goes on about “perceived power, or powers to be”?
He seems a little

to me.

and a few others are trying to copy our chit chat on other local boards.

You will see a lot of the same people here daily and it would be sad to lose this because the rules are not being followed to the letter. One must be able to bend the rules at times when it is in the best interest of all.

If you see so many members up in arms then it is time to use a little personal judgement here.

We have many wonderful ladies in Florida and Ooohh the men that love them. I just don't see a problem with a gentlemen posting he saw a lady or don't miss this one. It's part of the banter here amongst all the gentlemen who know one another.

Sure I would love some attention drawn my way as any lady would. Why do that and jeopardise your good name. No class act lady would stoop that low and those that read a post like that are capable of reading between the lines. You can only go goo goo ga ga so many times. After all you just have to watch a dance step a few times to learn the moves.

This board could pretty much police itself and if anything someone with a true feel for the Florida Board like Sly will keep it blooming. After all there's just so much sunshine and water can do without a good gardener.

1. This provider jealousy stuff sounds alot like the PGA....where "Tiger haters" should stop and appreciate a talant when they see it. Take a lesson from the best ladies. Wishing someone elses applause would quieten doesn't mean more applause for you.

2. If you are going to deny a man's review because he's too new (as my first one was) and you kill a kudos post, that tells me you don't want me as a VIP member.

3. The recent post I made that got trashed was 90% banter & fun. 10% reference to positive past experiences. If that's against your rules then you won't see more posts from me.

4. When I hear a provider voice frustration about the same things there needs to be change.

If you are in over your head , care enough to step aside and let someone who can handle things take the reigns!

you are not intimidated by all the regulars who scare the new people away... lol

and really good of you to 'hang in there' despite the frustrations newbies go through due to 'rules' regarding the posting of reviews... I guess it keeps things honest... but it is frustrating.

#1 - It's not quite like the PGA where the tiger haters are losing their income and livelyhood because of the ability of some to get significantly more recognition.  It's more like a monopoly.

#2 - The kudos post is exactly what reviews are for.  Review the lady, tell the world how great she was - this is the perfect place for that sort of information.  Which, if you are VIP, you know how great the information in the reviews section is.

#3 - Yes, it was.  And I had to think long and hard about pulling it.  But to be fair to all, I felt that I had no choice.

#4 - I hear it all the time, hence the changes and discussion going on right now.

I really don't feel I am in over my head, I am doing the job and doing it the way I have been tasked by TER. The biggest thing I try to do is to be fair to everyone.

This board produces threads with 30+ responses, most by experienced, well-meaning people.  Take a quick scan of other local boards - boring.

What's the problem with mini reviews? I guarantee you that most of the people on here have already read the particular lady's full reviews, maybe have written one, have checked out her website and have had some form of contact with her through this board or otherwise.  People on here choose to participate in a hobby that is outside the legal and moral bounds of much of society (not me of course) yet we get are hand slapped on TER for a mini reviews?  We are all adults, hopefully, and are fully capable of weeding through the trash.

Let freedom ring!

In fact it is the only thing that everyone has complained about with the "blind" enforcement of rules, and definitions as provided by Mr. Webster.
Yet, I've seen you let ads by providers go, where she posts an ad, ten replies to it, then reples to her reply.  She has added nothing is importance, just more pics, and date info.  NOW THAT is against the rules...but not enforced here!
There is nothing wrong with a mini review, by someone who just saw someone new, and shares a couple lines with the rest, and alerts them to an upcoming review.  As for examples 2-5...you should be intelligent enough to see who is abusing the system.  Putting up a Pre meeting excitement post is stupid.  Positive responses by an alias are another tipoff.  If you notice the mini reviews that fall into #1, most are just guys who have seen that lady, and write in agreement!  What I don't understand is why this is NOT ok, but putting up a post outing a NCNS is perfectly OK.  Both are information, one positive, one negative.  Info is NOT being a shill.  Continually blowing the horn for the only provider you've seen in 5 years IS!!!  You can take that from the post above by the boards biggest whiner, whining about the whiners on the board!   :-X

We all know the 7 day rule. Well, I posted an ad last Tuesday. Forgot my pic, sorry, so I added a pic. Then on Wednesday I was unexpectedly invited to Naples. Confirmed my trip on Thurs. By this time my add was almost to page three. Lots of guys don't go back that far, but I went ahead and added that I would be in Naples. I had a nice incall and had NO appts cuz I could not place a new ad cuz of the 7 day rule. Wish that could be changed for situations like I just had.

Anyways ,sometimes it is necessary to add to your ad post as things can change. I never heard that it was against the rules. In the past I was actually told, by someone that definitely knew the ropes, that is was fine to post pics under your ad, within moderation of course so you're not hogging the board.

I don't know why this whole "rule" topic has gotten to this point. Seems to me the board has been doing just fine. We're not 1st graders.

xoxo
IMHO

IMHO, this whole obssession rule thing is annoying!

Don't want to edit mistakes cuz it takes so long to get back up

xoxo

you should really get your facts straight before you post inaccurate information on the board and make an idiot of yourself.

I have 6 reviews over the last 5 years.
That doesn't include ladies I have seen but didn't review.

So your comment about "continually blowing the horn of the only provider you've seen in 5 years"
is inaccurate, untrue, and just reinforces the fact that you will post whatever you want, whether it's true and factual or not, just to get your dig in.

You really should make sure you have your facts straight before you go and attempt to blast someone.

Well, DUH!
Even a beeotch's beeotch....knows when he's a shilling beeotch.

Just be careful who you post about, Dbara. It might be someone who has nothing better to do than PM everyone they can think of with lies about you....or so I've heard.

Just sayin'

Ok so Up decided to get his digs in and said something that's inaccurate.

You are correct Bobb, we've known each other now for almost 1.5 yrs not 5. And even though I'm the only lady you've put up for Provider Friday in a LONG time, you only put me up there when you have actually spent some time with me, NOT every week.

So what Up said was inaccuate...so what do you do???? Instead for just sticking to the facts you go and post that he's "making himself look like and idiot"!!! So HOW does that help with the nastiness or mean spirited comments? It doesn't.

Right now there someone on this thread that posted something that isn't true at all and was alluding to me. I know it's complete BS so I'm not going to say anything to him.

If you don't like people attacking others on the board, then don't turn around and do the same thing that they did. Everyone has a right to stand up for themselves and others being bashed but PLEASE once you start with name calling then  what you called someone else is on YOU!

Sorry but I just couldn't let this one go :-(

xoxo(anyway),

Steph

First, how do I know that #1 is not any of the others?  By their frequency of posting?  Their frequency of reviews?  I can't think of a way, but maybe you can help.

Second, your comment that adding to her own ad post is against the rules, I'd be happy if you could point out which rule.  Adding a new thread is absolutely.  I'm not clear where adding to your own post is a problem.

And lastly, to put the record straight, the people who have expressed concern are certainly not the people you seem to believe it is.  The concern has not bee whinging, or complaining, it has been well thought out discussions that have had constructive suggestions and discussions on what to do to try to level the playing field so that all providers and hobbiests are welcomed, and ad posts don't get booted to page 2 in 4 minutes.

rc

We should take this a little less seriously, and enjoy the reason we are all here in the first place....to have fun and enjoy great sex.

The rules are there, and they need to be justly and fairly enforced. Folks will respect a firm and consistent mod, or they can find another venue.

My only wish is for the board to be like it used to be. Smooth and frustration free.

RC, if you choose to knit-pick at every positive post about a lady please do it fairly, don't single anyone out.

It's has to be so hard to determine what's a shill and what's not a shill. Is shilling a new rule? I AGREE this activity should not be allowed on the boards but I tried to find it in the message board policies and didn't find a thing.

Ladies, please chime in on this topic, this is also your board. We need to hear what everyone thinks.

Danielle

lets look at what a shill is.  As the "shill detector" put it in my last "minireview"...it would be someone who sings the praises of a provider in exchange for some service (s) provided, which are either not on the menu, or free time...etc.  I certainly got none of that, I posted 1 line.  The week before I posted even less, a couple smileys and a name! One lady was from out of town, one had just come back recently from taking a long time off. A lot of guys have their "bucket lists" ready, but are reluctant to see someone...this only serves as to say..."hey this lady was a great time, go for it!"  After that one post, it never happens again for that same provider!  We have very obvious posts by shills here...best example...someone from out of state posting about a girl from out of state who is coming to FL, and listing menu items, telling how she looks...because she has NO reviews!   THAT to me is a shill...actually close to a pimp!
As far as what is done here with a mini review...in a "purist" sense could be construed as an ad.  This is a hobby board...how many are "purists" LOL!  All we are asking is that you just chill on some of this harmless stuff put in for info only.  Take care of the BIG problems where the rules are cut and dried, and let this little shit go.  Besides it's usually page 2 stuff in a day or 2 anyway!

tell you what they want. What some don't realize is you didn't have to even ask, you could have just said, "Hey I'm the MOD, deal with it". As you know you can't please eveyone all of the time, or even half the time, lol.

It's ultimately your decision what stays and what goes and we all should respect you at all times, even if some don't agree with a decision.

For the most part the Florida Board is a great, fun place to hang out and participate, AND is envied by other regional boards here.

But by some of the posts on this thread and at least one yesterday, it can turn into something not so nice. We don't always have to agree, but slinging mud at someone, particularly a MOD who is just trying to do his level best is sad and IMHO uncalled for.

Hopfully we can get back to having the best board here, and that hasn't changed just because we have a new MOD :-)

Rock On RC...

Steph

Your boobfriend trashed Sly like crazy in the end.  Do I need to link the threads?  And you have slung more mud and caused more problems here than anyone and you're not even from here.

I try to sit back and watch this board, but it's hard.  Several of us worked very hard with Sly for several years to build it into the envy of TER and now look what it's been reduced to.

wish you posted more often.

I do understand your frustrations... after shit like this, the board just seems like 'work' and not fun anymore.

This may be too much to ask, but why not have a separate section/category for escort ads ONLY!
Yes, these discussions are fun and thought inducing, but why dillute the ads with discussions and vice versa.  Segregate them so what a gentleman is looking for can be more easily found!
It really sucks when you post and ad, and by the 2nd or 3rd hour it's way back on page 3 or 4 because of petty childish arguments and then we can't post again for 6 more days!
S U C K S!
And why should a VIP membership be handed out just for posting a review?  This only encourages "falsified" reviews in my opinion.  You need to stop and think that you are "messing" with people's livelihood's when you post some BS just to get a VIP membership.  Also the reviews take a while to appear and by this time a provider could have made some definite changes to her attitudes, offerings, et cetera....
I wish I could get a free membership for posting a hobbyist review!?!?!

….this board is all about fun, and for the most part it always is. The Florida board has been known for this “continually and without interruption” except for a couple of knuckleheads.  Like a classroom teacher, there are some very important rules to enforce, and then there are minor even confusing ones to maybe let go if no one is really getting hurt or cheated. I respectfully ask you; please don’t be a “rules are rules” mod. Just like different classrooms have different personalities, so do the regional boards that you supervise.

Quite honestly, there are only 2 “professional shills” on this board, and you are quite aware of them.  Other obvious shills that post, hobbyist will call them out on it. We do  get the “mini reviews” , & keep it to minimum. If we see ladies stretching or sneaking adds in, they’ll get called out on that as well. BTW guys & ladies, a rules state a lady  CAN post her 1 week add, & she can post as many separate pictures, or other info posts  within her 1 week add allowance thread, period & it will not knock off any other threads from the page, no matter how many post there are., as long as it stays within her add “Thread”. I've only seen someone post 2 or 3 pix on her addie, i don't see aything wrong w/that, if she put her entire portfolio on there, she prob. would be jeered.

RC, this is a pretty easy going, mellow board. We’re very social and chatty with much banter back & forth. There’s no need to draw a line in the sand….and I hope no hard feeling to you as well.

actually i think your doing a great job this board was the worst in the country under sly and all his north florida redneck cronies, and all his pals kissing his ass on posts. the only thing that should be pulled is song of the day
and all the other bullshit that had nothing to do with the hobby, that was posted on here in the last year, these people that cannot take it
too fucking bad just keep doing what your doing
it is america free speech is a right dont over sensor

...is this board coming to an unfortunate abrupt halt, being bogged down by threads like this one.  Let's get back to The Erotic Review.  I don't agree with just about anything RC says, but there is no sense in belaboring it.  He is what he is.

If this board has a chance, this crap needs to stop.

Just my opinion

In world with too much censorship I am not interested in worrying if what I want to express about a great night I've had with someone or anything else I may want to share is violating some stupid rule.

To lump everybody in the same rule because some Craiglist wanna be made a deal with somebody to giver her a shout-out for an extra 15 minutes or something is crap.

I can certainly understand a rule or rules that are designed to keep the content aimed towards the purpose of the site but a rule to not allow a review, mini-review or preview is the dumbest thing since the website is based on reviews. TER actually credits you with VIP status for submitting a review (good or bad) but the moderator deletes you for merely mentioning a date with a lady in a one or two sentence post.

Well RC, you heard what everyone has to say about this situation. What's the verdict? Lay it on us! I just hope you've made the right decision, and listened.

Whatever he decides even if we don't agree, we have to make the best of it and get back to having fun.

I would vote err to a light rein. Most of us are smart enough to read through the lines.

Only if a post or poster is blatantly abusive would I pull the trigger.

I have read the Florida board almost everyday for the last 3 months and have 7 (soon 8) reviews to show for it.

You can't stop light abuse or drama so why focus on it? Only kick the patently abusive out.

RCProNo1:

Thanks for asking for the input!

This is all really very simple.

It is all about getting to know who is posting and giving the poster the benefit of the doubt!

You should always err on the side of letting the post stay.

If you need some help I am sure you can ask the old Mod Sly...I am sure he would help.

So here are the answers to your questions.

1. JoeBlow sees a provider and has an awesome time, and wants to tell his buddy's on the board how great it was, so he posts a "I just saw Claire, she was awesome- you should run see her!"

Nothing wrong with this post!!

However if this hobbyist is doing this all the time and it is always the same provider or he does this for every new provder he sees...then caution or as the mod..you just pull it.

2. Suzy Creamcheese has a session with a regular, and mentions that she needs more business and could he help get her more recognition on TER.  He obliges by posting a one liner - "Gosh, I had the best session with Suzy", or even more details.

Again...if the hobbyist does this on a regular basis with the same provider or with everyone he sees just pull it. If you can't tell just give the benefit of the doubt and keep a watch on the hobbyist...you will get to know us all after some time.

3. Sara sees that and enlists a friend to write a "Wow, I can't wait to see Sara next week" post.

Same answer as above. You will eventually get to know the shills from the real thing!

Always give the benefit of the doubt to the poster! If you make a mistake...no big deal. The next shill post you can pull. Or better yet send a pm with a warning to the poster.

4. A newbie who is going to see the most talked about provider on the board, Georgette.  He posts raving about how excited he is to see her.

Let it ride!
No problem.

And if it happens again...guess what..You can pull his post!

5. Amy begins telling each of her regulars that if they post about her on the board, she'll give them a 1/2 hour extra.

This is a tough one to figure out...but again after some time as the Mod you will pick up on this.

Also some consulting with Sly might help.

My personal opinion is that this does not happen very often!

Time is on your side.

Always err on the side of letting the post stay!

Good Luck and thanks for asking.

Confusion is the 1st step in learning!

I would much rather see banter, flirts and threads that encourage participation by the ladies here thus showing there personality.  Personality can't be shown very easily in an ad or review. I say this even if those posts border on the technical definition of shilling.

I don't need to see the same ad remain on the first page all week or several days for that matter.  For me an ad will get me to check you out but unless it is extremely good at showing your personality it can't seal the deal nor will a mini review.  However particpation and investing the time in participating in other threads lets one see qualities that one can't in an ad.  Thus if it is felt that ladies that participate get more value they should, they have invested more time and effort in to making this board a place I like to check out than those who are concerned that their ad remain on page one for longer than 5 minutes. I would like to see anything that encourages ladies to participate in threads rather than discouraging banter teasing etc just so ads can be on page 1 longer.

Wow! You have made this so serious. Get a life, have a good time and try spending a little less time making such low impact decisions.

I am not a frequent poster on this board and for the most part my posts are meager at best.  I do however enjoy reading the rants and raves of everyone and following the flow as it occurs.

I have seen other boards and as was stated before, this board is raved about on so many other boards. This is because most of the folks who partake in the posts are mature and very little drama occurs that would take away form what has become the pride of TER discussion boards.

So my opinion is let the posts fly. We dont have to read them and we certainly dont have to comment on them. As other posters have stated, most of the folks here have gotten to know each other well enough to either have respect for their opinions (posts) or to take them with a grain of salt.

So let this board continue to be the envy of all other boards!

philosophy has always been to say something good about someone who deserves it but remain silent when there is nothing positive to add.

If I see a certain lady is touring city A and I have a positive personal history with this lady I might post something like, "Guys, suzie cream cheese (SCC) is the real deal.  Run don't walk to see her."  Yes, it is a form of advertisement for the lady, who in my opinion deserves a positive comment.  Did SCC ask for me to post?--NO.  I am merely trying to let my fellow hobbyists know that a good time experience is coming there way if they have the time/resources to see SCC.

If these type of posts are going to be removed, then I will not bother letting others know through this board.  I think after a reasonable period of time you, as MOD, will be able to tell the genuine posts from the pure shilling posts.

I have had fellow hobbyists tell me I should see so & so because she is a real GFE.  I see nothing wrong with that type of information exchange either.

I realize as MOD you have a tough task.  I thank you for your efforts.
