Suffice it to say I have been told it is hotter there than I imagined &
that, in order to stay busy there,
they primarily use advertising websites that I do NOT wish to be associated with.

I don't know who told you what but, check with some of the well known and well respected ladies here on Orlando. There is good business for the good ladies here and you don't need to resort to "B" level advertising to get the business. Sounds to me like there is someone who does not want you to visit because they are afraid that you will take business away from them. Feel free to PM me if you want.
