Hi guys.... im apartment searching in s. fla (preferably the boca raton area) and was wondering, since as a provider i am in a cash business, are there any complex's or landlords that wont ask for paystubs? I can make a letter from an "employer" but all this apartment searching is getting tiresome!!! Id appreciate any and all advice! thanks ! xo

There are many private owner condos and besides being cheaper, they are desperate and more relaxed in their requirements.  Five minutes south of Boca.
