So I would like to know where would be the best area to host an incall location in Miami and in Fort Lauderdale?

When I say best I mean:
- Nice to upscale neighborhood which is densely populated with hobbyists (where I'm from, there is more business on one side of town as apposed to the other).
- Convenient to major highways.  
- Discreet

 
Is going to a Miami Beach incall convenient/more discreet (b/c it's out of their stomping grounds) for gents who live in Miami or is it a pain?

Is it more lucrative to work/host on Miami Beach during tourist season, or better to host in Miami year round and just do outcall to Miami Beach?

I have so many more questions but I will stick with these for now.

I would say Fort Lauderdale has many upscale and discreet hotels you can stay in (it is not a good idea to post names here for safety and obvious reasons), I would try to stick to hotels close to I-95 so it is convenient for the gentlemen to visit you.
Miami Beach can be a headache because of parking, I live in Miami and most hotels only have valet parking available so if you stay there, to find parking on the street can be a challenge and if people visit you, they will have to pay anywhere from $25-40 for valet, and of course that diminishes discretion as well. Some gentlemen may stay in Miami Beach and they may not need to drive so perhaps to them it wouldn't be a problem to take a cab, but keep in mind that the business district is located in Brickell so Miami Beach may only be to those here on vacation.
From the perspective of financials, Miami can get really busy and lucrative during the season (November thru March) so offering both options incall and outcall will make you more competitive but keep in mind that a) Hotels can be very expensive during the season and b) Miami is an over saturated market so you will need to prepare a very strong marketing/advertising plan to maximize the investment that you will make in hotels, traveling expenses etc..

Just make sure you don't get one where the guys have to say your unit number to park and get through security. Also, if you're planning on seeing more than 3 guys in say 2 days, stick with hotels, as they don't notice as much as private condos.

Ive had good luck with airbnb.
You can search listings of reasonably priced condos,
private homes etc. so you don't get that 'hotel vibe'.
Most of the ads have lots of pictures so you can get
a good idea of what they are offering and you can find
a location in a price range you can easily afford.
