I don't think there is a universal translator for abbreviations (though I'm now curious who might have gotten the "Ultimate GFE" designation for special services--LOL).

I was once with a provider who asked me not to give her a 10/10 because she had gotten that review previously and then met with a new client who read that review and expected BBFS from her as a result.

The fact is that reviews are a guide, and YMMV.   (I'm not naive to think BBFS isn't happening, or that perhaps some ladies that I've seen have offered it to others and not me or provided it when asked [and I don't ask]).

go back to the early days, and use the wise terms from St. Bart.  Back in the late '90s early 2000's, StBart (was his handle) came up with a "GFE Scale".  Here it is....  

St. Bart's GFE scale.

100% GFE = DFK, DATY, and BBBJ!
100% GFE+ = all the above plus BBBJTC!
100% GFE++ = all the above plus CIM!
100% GFE+++ = all the above plus swallows!
100% GFE++++ = all the above plus Greek!

Someone once asked how to rate a GFE that gave everything in the plain vanilla  GFE, but also greek - that would be:

"GFE with the 4th plus added"

I guess maybe we could make the fifth plus BBFS?

The word "ultimate" has been used to mean BBFS, especially recently. If you describe a lady as providing Ultimate GFE, some may interpret it that way, including TER.  You can say that a girl is an ultimate GFE, but not that she gives ultimate GFE service.  I hope I didn't confuse the situation.  When writing reviews, definitely leave that term out.

There are very few things that are absolutely definite. As humans we try to make things as completely absolutely clearly defined as possible.....then screw it all up with YMMV (aka real life).

Whether you are using words, symbols, phrases, acronyms, or secret handshakes.....nothing is as definite and guaranteed as we'd like it to be.

Just because a profile says BBBJ (seems simple and definite, right?)...if someone shows up with a 70s style jungle bush and hasn't showered in hours (or God forbid...days) the odds are he's not going to get that "definite" service he read on the profile.

The same is with all this BBFS hysteria.

I refuse to believe that there is any single word or little symbol in print that is a secret hint as to BBFS being available.

You can say she's ultimate, grande, superb, or put all the +++ you want to. It means nothing universal to every single person.

So...as in life....the only thing consistent is....inconsistency.
