9) Every girl should start with an agency to learn the ropes. After just a few months most girls are ready to go Indy and then it's Indy all the way. Being independent means you pick and choose who you want to see, you're never being harassed (or shaken down) by agency "management" and you're generally safer. Agency people tend to send girls anywhere without a second thought about safety.
