Have you found your post placed in the wrong spot from loss of attention or said something you wished you hadn't.

It looks like we can not replace egg on our face by pushing the delete button anymore..

Did we lose something very valuable or was it never here to begin with. My coke bottle thick glasses just can't find it anywhere..

When I first got here about a year and a half ago, I posted a poem that I wrote for a lady. Apparently, it wasn't a very good poem, and there were plenty of people who were more than willing to clue me in on this fact.

To sort of answer your question, you can hit the edit button to edit your post in the first four hours. Then, if you type "Delete" in the subject line, staff will not repost it when they review it. Hope that helps.

But I would never guess that is how you would do it..Maybe we need a delete button for those mindless occasions when we post to quickly

I click on edit, clear all fields, then type in the subject line:  Please remove this post.  Or if it is because you accidentally double posted just put that in the subject line, etc.  

I've found it works but I also make sure to not ask too many times!

and you notice it right away, it will go away when you edit it. The post doesn't come back up right away. It goes into limbo to be reviewed.

On the porn star board. I was trying to backspace and hit enter 4 times. How embarassing.

I was able to wake up from a night of extreme Heinies and fix my mess... now it's not so easy... as usually 4 hours is not enough time to sober up.

I have brought this to the attention of the TER mgmt and suggested - what's the difference if we have 4 hours or 12 hours to correct a bad post... as in 4 hours isn't enough time to sober up... they just commented that it seems I am not alone with that problem...

You would think they would care??? amazing, I have no idea why they would not change this to 12 hours???  .02

Yes i often post too quick and yes it is noticed right away, it never goes away just gets smaller and does take some time to get it back up.
