As far as companionship goes, which area do you think would be best for me? I’d offer incall (not a hotel), Asian American, and  in my late 30’s.

Also is there much want for asian ladies in these areas?

Any help would be truly appreciated. 💋

Hello! Thank you for the message! Unfortunately I couldn’t respond because the system isn’t allowing me to send PM’s right now. 🙁 I’ve contacted TER about it, so hopefully they will get it sorted out soon.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be able to move to your area. It’s looking like Tampa is where I’ll settle. I don’t usually travel, but maybe I can go to south Florida. 😉 If I was to move to south Florida it would be close to like Coral Springs I think. Or is there an area that is somewhat affordable sorta close to Miami, but not too close. Like 30-45 min away. ☺️

South west broward, Coral Springs, coconut creek, sunrise/plantation.

I’ve heard Naples is nice! I don’t usually travel. I stay local to where I live, as I prefer to have regular friends. But maybe I’ll plan a few stops to see how beautiful Florida is. ☺️

As Elle said - Florida is very seasonal ( a big part of the population winters in Florida and summers up north ).  SWFL ( Southwest Florida is even more so - where Naples is ).  The East coast is less transient than the west coast.  However, the West coast is worth regular visits if you have enough of a following here !

Tampa/St Pete is not as sleepy and less seasonal then Naples, but still more seasonal then the East Coast.  The west coast has a diff vibe - less rushed, beaches are not as white, and I'd say a bit less expensive.

You will love the weather, but dealing with the transient effects ( crowds, traffic etc ) can be a pia.

PM me if you want to discuss anything specific

Florida is seasonal. Summer is dead and in Naples it is an even tougher market and you probably don't want to live in a sleepy town.

Good Luck

Kiana…Please make your way down here. You would find it very accommodating and welcoming. Tampa is not a sleepy city. It is full of activities and it is busy year round. As you move away from Tampa towards the beaches, the towns do become more seasonal, but they remain very fun. By seasonal I mean that we get loaded with snow birds/visitors in the winter. This can make some areas too crowded. Feel free to DM with any other questions.

Kiana, I've lived in South Tampa for 20+ years.  Spend time in DC and NYC as well.  In past few years Tampa has exploded.  It is one of the top three fastest growing cities in the US.  As was mentioned above the city is much less transient than the beach areas.  Lots of options for different housing.  The housing market is hot here.  And we do have our share of snow birds.  But I think there would be year-round high demand for your quality of service.  You can get more house for your $$ out in Wesley Chapel but keep in mind that is a long drive from the main area of Tampa, especially during rush hour.

Also, whatever you do , do NOT move to any town in Polk County.   The sheriff there is a publicity hound and runs stings all the time.   I think you'd love it down here and while cost of living has gone up, it is certainly less expensive than the N.E.  If you live in Tampa you can be in a cosmopolitan area but just 30 min from gorgeous beaches. DR. Beach just named Caladesi Island as one of the best beaches in America.  And several restaurants here were just awarded Michelin Stars.  There is a lot of money in Tampa.   Fell free to PM me.

Pls come to Ft Lauderdale or Miami. Thanks!

You are much needed in South Florida and I think it would be a nice change a pace. Fort Lauderdale is a good central area along with Boca and West Palm.  Please, your rack is much needed down here.  Don’t walk but run down here
