A week or so ago we watched orange counties finest bust johns on OBT in front of K-Mart.
It was interesting though, a guy would pull up and I guess proposition the lady cop and then she would walk away. 3 or 4 cars would then pull up and block the guy, they put him in a cruiser and a cop would drive his car around behind Office Depot for the wrecker to pick up.
  They actually had 2 woman and would switch off every few minutes. In the time we sat at Backyard Burger and ate they busted 5 in probably 20 minutes. We drove around the back and they even had a tent set up to get out of the sun.
