MIA will be different than TPA, FLL, WPB, JAX, etc. Again, as in real estate, doing good research and finding value takes time and effort, but yields great rewards.
I don’t mean to say it’s a buyers market either. Rather, with the return of TER, I’m finding I’m back to spending time with compatible matches. Those providers that have been successful due to lack of good info (and some hobbiests too) will find it harder to get away with poor service and bad attitudes.
