Solicitation of Prostitution Penalties in Florida have just been changed. Watching the evening news and a quick news flash ... second violation for solicitation will now be a felony punishable by up to 5 years in jail. It sounded like they where talking about men soliciting women.
Not sure what this will accomplish but am sure they will use the felony conviction threat to get cooperation. Kisses Haley
... one I only learned of a year ago is committing a crime with a computer. Anything "date" arranged through a cell phone is punishable by law.
On a side note, police have started employing large trucking vehicles as a means of catching people using their phones will driving. Even while stopped at a stop light a person can be ticketed for using their phone. Somehow I think this includes checking your GPS when at a stop light. Furthermore, if a police officer sees you verbally losing it inside of your car – and even if you're not acting out in road rage they can pull you over and ticket you. New ways to keep us all safe and the roads moving but also a lean in on our personal freedom
