To people familiar with the panhandle, Tallahassee and Pensacola, and the Big Bend area, I'm looking for a provider you may remember. I had her name and contact info, but my browser got screwed up and in the computer reinstalment I lost some of my links.

She was petite -- about 5'3"? -- blonde, rather busty. She had a slight overbite. She was one of the TER favorites from that area. I've done all the searches I can figure out to do, and still can't identify who she is or what her contact info is.

Lauren Ashley is a petite blonde that used to do doubles with Amanda.  I'm not sure if she has retired but her web site is down right now.  I saw her a couple of times and she was great!  She fits your description with the exception of the "busty" part as she was very petite.  She lived in Pensacola when I saw her.
