If you look at her arrest record, she was arrested at her apt (hence why she got caught with all those drugs). This was a reverse sting operation according to another website source where an undercover cop was sent into her apartment.

She must have called attention to herself with the multiple drug purchases.  If it was just a prostitution sting there are normally a whole list of arrests.
