I'm trying to get into my TER messenger, but keep receiving message: "you've timed out; please re-log". I've exited and relogged, but still cannot get in. Can anyone assist, please?

Not sure how you are trying to open the messenger Nadine. But I have been told to open it with Internet Explorer. I tend to do all browsing through AOL. Another friend told me that she has problems trying to open it through AOL. I didn't. Good luck!!
