As a provider, we watch out for each other against clients who have bad behavior, have robbed, and/or other offensive acts against other girls. I was given this woman's name and contact from a potential new client. She was extremely annoying in her questioning of who I was even when not only have I identified myself but had a photo with my email go through on the phone text. She would not answer my question on providing a reference and was extremely rude. Is she even legit and why is this person even in this business?

Sounds like the guy didn't ask the provider if she gives references, or she's so new doesn't know the protocol, or has a handler. Sorry you had to go thru this painstaking scenario to verify the guy.  
I always ask the lady if they give references and how do they want it handled. This way there are no surprises for all parties!
