other times it was a one time thing like escorting can be. I generally have always had some type of sugar daddy through my escort career, because I don't want to work much by the date unless I am traveling... then, I fkin love it. When I am at home with my family, having a sugar daddy gives me the freedom to take as much time off from being LR as I want, and can be beneficial when I am not working a legit full-time or even part-time job. I have always had to work a real job in addition to providing, because one is just not enough and I don't care to put in that many hours. Some of those sites are total bs, so you really do have to weed through the profiles and meet people to find out who is really legit and who only makes 40k a year and wants to fk you 5 times a month for a cable bill payment.

You had me dying at "Wants to fk you 5 times a month for a cable bill payment"!  I've been on SA on and off for the past few years and you legitimately just described about 50% of the men on there. Splenda Daddies, if you will lol.

My frustration, now that I'm escorting as well, is the sheer amount of time that you have to put in in order to find the kind of SD you're looking for.  That place can be an absolute cesspool of fakes, flakes, and phonies and since it isn't nearly as straightforward a process as meeting a new client, it can be exhausting just getting to the point where you're talking about fundamental details with someone. Now that I think about my time in terms of dollars per hour, it can be hard to drum up the enthusiasm to chat with someone back and forth for a bit with no idea if it's actually going to go anywhere.  

One of the things I do love about it, though, is the long term relationships that can grow from encounters.  I have some friends that I've made through SA who I haven't seen in months (in some case over a year!) and will still send me gifts on my birthday.  Plus, I now have a network of financial advisors, tax specialists, dermatologists-- you name it, who are always happy to hear from me if I need anything.

I've had a few amazing arrangements through SA, as a matter of fact.  A lot of garbage to wade through to get there, but well worth the effort in the end lol.

My last arrangement was a substantial monthly allowance for weekly meetings where we did everything from go to dinner to catch a basketball game downtown.  We'd spend a few hours together-- always leaving time for "dessert"-- and never talk about money once.  If you take your time to find someone whose company you truly enjoy (as opposed to someone who's basically just a warm blow up doll, or a walking ATM), it can be really wonderful.  

On the negative side, it can be harder than you'd think to find someone who understands the kind of separation that's necessary to keep things from getting unbalanced.  I've heard horror stories on both sides about people becoming overly attached and forgetting that, at the end of the day, it's a fantasy.  

As an escort, myself, the biggest drawback is my inability to be nearly as straight forward as I am when I'm speaking with a potential client.  A lot of the men on there will get turned off in an instant it sounds too "business like" and many even explicitly state that they're not interested in escorts. It's garbage, in my opinion, as Sugar Babies are basically just escorts on a different payment plan but hey... that's just me lol. I'd say that if you want to trade seeing a high volume of clients for spending a lot more time with just a few, arrangements are a good option.
