I would pass if I were you.  Too much $ to risk on something that will almost certainly disappoint.  No reviews is a big red flag.

Thanks, a good review by someone who has posted a number of reviews.  I know she visits the Northeast (I'm in Southern New Jersey), and I have contacted her by e-mail and asked if she plans a visit to this area any time soon.
