SMILE

I have been "window shopping" today.

What I have noticed most is that the ladies that I am most likely in investigate for further information, post a photo of them smiling.

If they have that "pouty face" that all the models seem to have in the magazines, I will most likely continue on my way.  Blurred images do not have any effect, if the smile is there, I continue looking.  IMHO:  the pouty face makes most ladys look like they do NOT enjoy what they are doing.  In my sessions, if they seem like they are not enjoying themselves (hopefully as much as I am) then I won't enjoy the session either.

Does a "smile" (or lack there of) effect anyone else when attempting to select a provider?

A natural smile or a come hither look is good. Posers are something else, but I don't necessarily pass them by either. They are all looking to entice us and most of them do a great job of it.

I agree. If they look like they are not enjoying themselves in the photo shoot, I associate that with not enjoying themselves elsewhere.  I understand that it is a job, but regardless of what your job is, if you do not like it, you need to be in another profession or environment. That goes for everything, not just this profession.
