I am very new to the hobby. I would just like to say that with all the stories we see on the boards, I was a little hesitant on calling BDJ or anyone for that matter. I called 2 weeks prior to my appt and it seemed like Shauna was very short and told me to call back the next week. Maybe she was in a bad mood that day because she was very accomodating the next few phone calls. I confirmed my appt with Catherine 2 days prior and she never showed! So I called Shauna and said she would send someone else; when I asked who, she said it was a surprise. Boy, do I hate surprises! Here I am thinking "bait & switch", I was informed that this has happened before with Catherine. She was very cordial and seemed sincere about fixing the problem.  Enter Ashley. WOW is all I can say!  For my first experience, it was incredible. Although it was hard to get thru on the phones, it was well worth it. Thank You Shauna for being so helpful even without knowing it was my first time. You more than made up for the no-show. And, thank you for joining Ashley and I for a drink afterwards. You will be hearing from me more in the future just because you fixed a problem!  Shauna, Ashley - you rock!
