Now when I sign onto TER it looks different. Instead of being along the top, the toolbar/menu selection is along the left. There's no longer a "mail" option.

I had to scroll all the way down to the bottom to the site map in order to get to this regional board.

Did TER change it's format, or is my computer or Internet connection the culprit?

like TWT, it is really slow sometimes.  In exchange with admin last week, they did say they had done a server upgrade, but I don't notice any improvement in site operation.

I was having the same issues, so I opened it in Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, and it's fine there.  I have seen this issue before with TER.

get some VIP time added for this inconvenience?

Yep. Mine looks normal now. I'm glad it wasn't my computer.
