I found this on another board and since I haven't seen it mentioned here, I thought it should be.

This is a message from Jill Morgan.
She is no longer on this board, but, many of us know her.

"It is with great sadness that I have to announce that I have Breast Cancer.

In following protocol to have breast implants, my mammogram revealed Micro Calcifications which were biopsied this week.

I have a Stage 1 Ductal Carcinoma in Situ

I hate asking for help but I cannot pay for this alone.

I do not have medical insurance and am at your mercy. I am very emotional at this difficult time.

This is an example of our community rallying together when one of us is in trouble.

I, personally, have never met Jill, but we have communicated on several occasions and actually, had a meeting setup before a medical issue of my own came up.

I thought the Florida community on TER would like to know.

Jill is a sweetie.  I hope this community can write to her to assist both financially and spiritually.  You guys that are in the medical community, you can help in other ways also.

Another provider was hospitalized awhile ago & Jill went to see her & gave her money to help out. Jill didn't know this provider prior to meeting her in the hospital but wanted to do what she could to help.

I hope I'm not betraying a trust (somebody else told me this happened & Jill confirmed it to me) but this goes to show the type of person she is. She has a big heart & a sensitive soul.

I'm just a hobbyist who had a date with Jill & have gotten to know her a little since then. Please help out with a monetary contribution. Thanks.

You all know I'm a more mature provider. I couldnt GET health insurance because of my age. So, what has happened to Jill is always in the back of my mind. I hope you girls as well as the gents will help too.
