i read about that and can't believe this guy is not in jail. sounds like a pretty serious felony to me, and she claims that she has a lot of info on this guy. have any charges been filed?

I read it and saved the info as well Sassy. I was really greatful she posted. The info is valid the particular phone number she lists has contaced someone I know, and she has documentation of the call. I posted a warning in several of the yahoo groups as well.

fish- its a difficult situation. How do you explain to the police what you were doing and why he was with you giving you $. I am sure possibly she is stunned or keeping legal actions private until she is relocated and settled.
