Just In An Auto Accident .... Could Use Some Advice ...

well i was just rear ended and wow my beautiful 2004 Dodge Stratus needs alot of repair . I dont have insurance ( i know i know i know please dont give me a hard time about it right now ) and i need to pay for it to be fixed ive checked ebay for parts but they dont have any does anyone know of anywhere for me to get some for a little cheaper then going to Dodge ? luckily and on the bright side myself and daughter are fine i have some minor bumps and bruises and shes just fine . if anyone knows of anywhere please let me know

In a rear end accident, it is always the fault of the car behind, since it obviously was following to close.  THAT driver should be responsible for fixing your car....

"Rocketman's" advice was correct.  This accident should be covered completely by the other person's insurance; it doesn't matter what you did.  I hope you got their information (license, insurance, etc.).  Contact their insurance company and tell them about the accident and ask what you have to do.
