Many providers and clients alike appreciate the reference system. It’s a non-invasive way to keep us all safe.
Let me make a complaint though. One week ago a reference was given using Sadie Valentine as a provider reference . I contacted her to ask to verify the client. I was told “Sorry, I’m no longer in the business and I don’t have any of information.”
Noted. Here’s the problem. She responded from her work email, so she’s still checking it. Ok, weird. She has a p411 ad as well as an Eros ad up and active. Ok, now that’s super weird, but whatever.
Well, it’s been a week. Wouldn’t you know, her Eros ad is now updated with new pics. Out of the business, you say?
This is such a terrible practice to subscribe to. There is no reason to not vouch for someone. Ever. We all rely heavily on safety and keeping others safe as well. I’m so disappointed that someone would act this way.
If you’re not giving references because you don’t want to “Lose a client” check yourself. Providers have ample opportunities to see clients and vice versa. If a client only wanted to see 1 person, he’d see his wife. If a provider only wants to see 1 client, you’d have a monthly SD arrangement.
