Looks are totally your call but if she has a bunch of 6's and 7's, they may not go with a 10 there.  Performance is more cut and dried (sometimes)  Thne one thing I don't like about the 10, is the label TER puts with it...One in a lifetime????  Which means realistically you could only have one of these even if you did 500 reviews.  I think of it as a lady who takes the meeting to a level way above where you "forgot it was a service". you'll know it when it happens.

The encounter that has it all, chemistry along with all the options TER allows for the rating(remember they dont have to be performed,but it is a thrill to know the option is there) and that IT factor that has you thinking about it when people ask this question.

A lady loves when a guy thinks outside the box...finds out what she loves and goes out of his way to make it happen.  I think the same applies for me when I see a lady, if she goes out of her way to make it special to me...the 10 is an easy thing to give.

It is actually a bit harder for the ladies her as the guys have websites to view and the ladies often put their likes and dislikes in them, now the ladies has to read a guys reviews or maybe ask around.  Possibly have a freindly exchange of emails or PM's to find out what fantasies he might have that havent been fulfilled yet and make it a surprise(an ATF has an advantage sometimes).

On occasion, it is that unpredicable moment of chance that has an opportunity that arises and both parties get that gleem in their eye and just go for it!

Also, I think sometimes the YMMV applies as the event that made it a 10 may not be put in a review as to not put pressure on any lady to repeat that with everyone.

Things like, sex out of doors or in a public place and even a tour of the isles.  Possibly the time where the lady buys the guy lunch afterwards because they clicked or she spent some money to do something unique(ala the lady that bought me a brand new shirt and had it ironed and pressed for me to wear home cuz she new she was going to rip my shirt off and have the buttons flying every where)!

So the TER part that says ONCE in a LIFETIME actually can happen more than once as it just may be something totally unique that only happens once!

Well you have my long winded response.

You bring up an interesting point about ratings, and I feel it goes both ways.  What I mean is sometimes I wish I could give a woman a higher rating, but on the other hand I think some guys go overboard. For example, I have reviewed a local provider as an 8 in the looks department, but I read one review that had her at a 10. She is super cute but she is not once in a lifetime (TER 10) or even model material (TER 9). I may have my own idea of what I would call a 9 or 10 if I was describing a woman to other guys in a conversation, but TER has clear definitions on the ratings. I think that catagory gets overrated and I wish some guys would follow the TER criteria more closely.
For performance, I have felt frustrated that I could only give a 7 or 8 because a provider did not do anal or bi, two things I personally do not care about.
To answer your question more directly, the woman that I want to rate as a 10 for performance is about the way we connect and the way she made me feel. If I am still walking on air and feeling like a king days later, that is a 10 for me.
By the way, one work-around is to say "a 10 for me" or something like that in the Attitude or Atmosphere subheading...even non-VIPs will see that.

Although I don't have many reviews here they are all 8s & 9s. That doesn't mean that all my dates are that high as I choose to not write reviews of good/okay dates.

I wrote a Review of Sindie five days after I saw her. When I sat down (with the intention of giving her a 9) and began to retrace the fun and games that we played I realized that I HAD to give her a 10. I pretty plainly laid out the exact games that I wanted to play with her and upon reflection I realized just how WELL she had fulfilled my requests! It would have been like I'd have asked her to make me a sandwich and she comes back with steak and lobster! She didn't give me a French lesson, she gave me an entire dissertation on Western Europe!

I also had never been "pinned" down and had DFKs forced on me and I found out that Wow, I liked that! So, she expanded MY sexual envelope and if that isn't worth a bonus point from a reviewer, then I have no clue what is!

So, instead of her getting the 9 that I originally had in mind, I was forced to move her up to a 10. Going FAR beyond my expectations and then expanding MY sexual likes, got her the bonus point. TER may/may not give it to her, but at least here......it's in writing by the reviewer..
