THE DATE THAT NEVER HAPPENED DUE TO MALICIOUS, UNREASONABLE, BELLIGERENT, AND DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR on part of Sasha Bemjamin: Exposed our private e-mail communication showing my real name, phone number, and e-mail in a cheap attempt to malign me, because I would not agree to her terms and explained to her there are more accommodating providers that would allow donation after session.

Miss Sasha Benjamin wanted an upfront deposit NOW for an appointment that was to take place 4 weeks from now. I explained to her that such an arrangement is not suitable for me due to my previous bad experiences in similar situations...
I then counter-offered Miss Sasha Benjamin by explaining that I would be willing to pay 1/2 donation right before session and 1/2 donation right after session. Her listed price was NEVER in dispute! She would not meet me half-way, which she has right to do.

I then exercised my right not to accept her upfront deposit condition by politely e-mailing that I have been with other ladies that were OK with accepting full donation after session,.... and that I would then go with a lady that I just saw this month for another date that is OK with donation after session. I explained politely via e-mail to Miss Sasha Benjamin that if she changed her mind to please contact me.

Then, out of spite - because I would I would not accept her terms and decided to go with other providers OK with donation after session - Miss Sasha Benjamin decides to in a malicious manner to malign me by exposing our private e-mails and twisting what really happened. It's OK for her to not accept me as a client, but it's also OK for me not to accept her terms as a provider and for me to seek companionship with other lady providers.

Miss Sasha Benjamin violated the custom of privacy by exposing private e-mail communications, which I find contradicts many of the concerns of many providers who insist on their own privacy.

After counter-offering Sasha Benjamin with 1/2 before 1/2 after donation, she responds as follows via e-mail in a terse and impolite way: "We’re not meeting. Please don’t contact me again. Goodbye"

I responded to Sasha Benjamin as follows:
1) OK... Goodbye.... I did give you references of people that would vouch for my honesty and integrity.... with Miss *** being my most recent... Just contact Miss *** and she will vouch for my honesty. If you change your mind, please feel free to contact me.
2) My other concern for an up-front deposit is the use of PayPal, which is less private than the cash donation and leaves a trail.
3) It's a shame that it's ended like this, because I was looking for a second lady I could see on a once-per-month basis, and I was seriously considering you based on how well things would go on out first date.

Then, Sasha Benjamin reacted in a malicious manner based on those responses by exposing the personal e-mail communication with me and bad-mouthing me. I would like to report her to TER for her unprofessional and malicious behavior.

I was not one being spiteful. Sasha Benjamin was. Read my responses to her. They were not disrespectful nor spiteful. It was she that was spiteful by exposing personal e-mail interactions.

You have to agree with me that Sasha Benjamin went over-the-top by exposing personal e-mail communication. Any reasonable person with no bias would agree with me.

By the way... I spoke with my most current provider that I saw earlier this month and will be seeing later this month - the one that allows for donation after session - and she understood my side of story with respect to my complaint against Sasha Benjamin.

I do have the exact e-mail interaction I had with Miss Sasha Benjamin, but it contains names and contact information of my most recent provider I dated in May 2018 and providers I've been more than 5 years ago. I'd be happy to provide that e-mail, but I'd like to blot out the names of the other providers for privacy reasons.

Anyways... I have nothing to hide. I just want to warn other people of Miss Sasha Benjamin to warn other clients about her in that she will out of spite for stating you will go with another providers with more favorable terms, malign you in a malicious manner by posting on Twitter and other public forums the personal e-mail interaction between her and a client she wishes to malign. In those personal e-mails with Miss Sasha Benjamin was my name, e-mail, and phone number.

This man has been obsessively posting for 4 days on Twitter... continually repeating himself over and over as though repeating himself will somehow make him magically right.

His behavior is stalkerish and obsessive and as an outsider looking in, I would not have dealings with this man.   He sounds like he has the potential to become dangerous.  

When she declined you-- you decided to be a manipulative twit and brag about how you'd just see someone else... good for you-- so move along and see her.  You keep mentioning on Twitter OVER and OVER how some random female "understands my position and agrees with me" yet she hasn't once spoke up to defend you.  In fact, everyone-- men AND women have told you that you are in the wrong and your response to everyone who tells you that you are wrong is to announce how you are blocking them-- as if they care.

But I have had a bad experience with “deposit” and advancing money, and as a result, I will not provide for a deposit, However, the provider has the right to conduct their business as they choose. And with each client on an individual basis. I can accept it or not. But as a client I think it is very much understood, accepted and practiced, that the donation will be presented upfront at meeting. In cases the provider may make it clear how to do so, and in some instances they are comfortable to not ask or request for it until after session.

The providers have the right to run their business any way they want, but the corollary also holds: I, as a client, have the right to go to other providers that are willing to meet my terms, which is either (a) 1/2 donation before session 1/2 donation after session or (b) full donation after session. I was responding to peoples' responses of my Tweets. It got to the point where the more I responded to defend myself against the maligning of Sasha Benjamin, the more I got ganged up by other providers that blindly supported Sasha Benjamin and potential clients who most probably want to get on the good graces of Sasha Benjamin to show here support in the hopes of getting a discount from Sasha Benjamin.

The harassment on me got so bad, that I just started BLOCKING a bunch of people so that I would not have to be bothered to read and thus respond the the manure they were writing about me.

Stalking is when you PHYSICALLY follow someone. What I did was not stalking. I wrote the above in the hopes that she would actually contact Miss *** that would vouch for my honesty, and perhaps change her mind. Instead of just letting the matter drop, Sasha Benjamin reacted in s hostile and malicious manner, because I rejected her type of offer, that she went ahead and in a public forum of Twitter posted our email interactions with comments maligning me along with my name, e-mail, and phone number. Those are the cold, hard facts, and Sasha Benjamin cannot hide from that. So, instead of issuing an apology to me for posting my personal information, she doubles down and hypocritically decides to play the victim. Wrong! What's OK is what is mutually agreed upon between the provider and the client. The provider has a screening process and sets of criteria. I, as the client, have a screening process and a set of criteria. The back and forth communication is done between client and provider to come to a mutually agreed upon understanding. If no understanding is met, then client and provider parts ways. What neither the client nor provider should do is compromise the personal e-mail communications between client and provider.

Even when a provider has an official policy of requiring that the full donation be taken before the session, if you explain to an honest provider that has integrity that you have had negative experiences before in the past with paying the full donation and that you would instead would be willing to do (a) 1/2 donation before session 1/2 donation after session or (b) full donation after session, these providers with honesty and integrity will accommodate you. That has been my experience. In fact, virtually all honest providers I have been with allow me to pay all the donation after our session. It is these providers that I usually develop a long term relationship with and see them for about 1 - 3 years on a once-per-month basis.

Stop distorting the facts sweetheart. I gave you 5 references that are over 5 years old and ONE recent one with a lady I just dated this month. Had you contacted my most recent reference, she would have vouched for my honesty and integrity. I contacted my most recent reference I gave you and she stated to me the following:
1) Of the 5 old references I gave her, my most recent reference stated that 2 of the old references answered back to verify me. That is how my most reference verified me.
2) My most recent reference stated to me that she was NEVER contacted by Sasha Benjamin.

Conclusion: You are trying to save face in a hypocritical fashion, because had you bothered to call the lasy I had a date with this month, you would have gotten a good and recent reference. So I am by no means an expert here, but who the hell has heard of a pay 50% up front and pay 50% after deal?  Especially when the final 50% is based on living up to this asshole’s expectations?  Buddy that just ain’t how things work.
