I saw this link of a news story from Detroit on the Las Vegas Board:

She doesn't have the names to turn over.  All information was kept on off shore servers and was not made available.  This is being sensationalized.  I don't want folks to over react.

...There are some of us - not myself- who were on a first name basis with the owners, who regularly used their services, and who could afford to fly in a provider for the night or a weekend. Their information could be accessed through phone records and emails, but I don't think the fallout will affect the bulk of their clients, which number in the thousands over the years, and who only used their services occasionally.

BTW, we can only hope that our personal info was kept offshore. We have no way of knowing for sure.

Keep in mind that even if there is access to the names and infomation, they will more than likely only go after the high profile people. Any information that is leaked will not be by the court system, but by the media that is covering it. And, the media always will go for the shock factor to get higher ratings.

They would already have you, they don't need info from servers or a blackbook. Anything over the internet the Gov't already has. People amaze me thinking they are keeping secrets. Don't do the crime f you can't do the time. The internet is very public, there is no privacy.

I agree, this is not about the hobby it is about money and taxes.  Just because somebody's name appears in a book or server is not proof of any wrong doing.  The FBI generally is involved only when much more significant issues are involved.  Just my $0.02.
