If you're hungry, eat at La Tropicana- it is a historic place. The Bunker has good Cuban coffee.

Any tour you take might include information on the famous cigars. The cigar factory was one of the best, moved from Key West, and was the reason Ybor became a city. The cigar workers were among the best educated people in Tampa because a lecturer would read lessons, newspapers, and novels to them while they rolled cigars all day. They were also some of the highest-paid workers in the city. You can still purchase some of the best cigars there, I hear.
